Can We Give This Old Dog in Romania Pain-Free Eyes?
____________________________________
“I must ask you a question,” Romanian shelter volunteer Guje Syren writes. “Me and a friend have moved a dog from Elena in Paradise shelter in Santuhalm. This dog is for me very special. He is 11-12 years old. He has had Entropion in his eyes for many years. We have taken him to Medvet clinic. And we have paid about 400 Euros. Now the vet bill is on about 900 Euros. We know that Neros so badly needs this operation. But it have been much more costs than we have calculated. Can we get some HELP from you for Neros sake? It needs about 400-500 Euros more. I know it is much money. But I only would ask you if you could help us. Neros has lived with very much pain all these years. So he must get this HELP.”
We know Guje and sponsor care for dogs at the Santuhalm shelter on a bi-monthly basis. Would anyone like to help us today with this small request to give an old dog a window to the world without pain? We certainly have a soft-spot for elderly dogs like Neros and think he should spend the rest of his days in comfort and surrounded by love. We need only $433 – $531 US dollars (400 – 500 Euros) and will post an update when we reach that level. Any additional donations beyond that point will be used to help purchase food for the dog sanctuary in Gherla, Romania which is in need of the purchase of food for the next two weeks (they have only 3 days food left)
To help: Paypal donations to donations@harmonyfund.org or use our donation form here http://harmonyfund.org/donate
Thank you everyone!
