Spaying Subsidy For 1 Cat In Johor (Norsyahidah Yep�s)

I wish to apply for the spaying subsidy for a mother cat, Kelly. For your information, Kelly is a community cat. About three months ago, she gave birth to three lovely kittens. Unfortunately, all her kittens passed away one after another, due to sickness. I decided to spay Kelly before she gets pregnant again.

All is well for Kelly, before and after the surgery. However, she is now under close monitoring at the vet as recently, it was detected that she has hernia. At the moment, she is still active and eating well. The vet will carry out a treatment plan for Kelly to ensure that the hernia problem is solved.

When she is 100% well and healthy, I will release her back to her colony.
