HAPPY 7th BIRTHDAY, PetFinder.my!

Yes, we are officially 7 years old today. What a long and fun journey it has been, and it still never ceases to amaze us how many kind, passionate and dedicated people are out there making a difference to the precious animal lives around us.

Thanks to the selfless contributions of shelters, rescuers and animal lovers, we have found loving families for over 25,000 pets, and reunited many lost pets via our Lost & Found system. There is still much work to be done though, with 9,000 more urgently in need of homes and our long term focus of educating the public and promoting sterilization to reduce stray overpopulation.

Over the past 1 year, our team has also worked very hard to produce a little baby sister � KindMeal.my! We recognize the critical problems that arise due to factory farming, from animal welfare to global warming to food crop shortage to our own health issues. With hopes of improving more animal and human lives, we have launched the nation’s first meat-free lifestyle platform, collaborating with restaurants and cafes to offer delicious meat-free meals at discounted prices.

The results have been very encouraging, with many young, adventurous food lovers leveraging our new platform to enjoy tasty meals, introducing this healthy and compassionate lifestyle to their friends.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all the media, companies and sponsors that have kindly supported us throughout our tough journey, helping spread awareness and nurturing more animal lovers.

Last but not least, a huge thank you and many furry hugs to our passionate team of animal welfare warriors that have tirelessly worked their magic to make this possible.

We will continue to improve our platforms, find creative angles to save more precious lives, and ultimately, help nurture a more compassionate and happy society.
