We are still receiving tampered receipts and 100% of the time, applicants are unaware that the receipt is an official document that should not be tampered with. Sad to say, they also do not realise that tampering with receipts is a crime.
Could we please remind all applicants that if anything is missing from or erroneous onthe receipt, they could go back to their vet to get the relevant details written on a note, signed and stamped by the clinic? Please do not add anything onto the receipt by yourself. That’s called “tampering”.
An easier way would be to:
1. READ the policies sent in our first email to you(please see below).
2. USE yourreal names at the clinic, not pseudonyms or nick-names. Personally, I do have a wee bit of problem in understanding why many people have problems with their own names. Aren’t we born with a name on our birth certificate? Why can’t we just stick to our birth-name?
3. CHECK the receipt before leaving the clinic to ensure that all details are correct.
If the above is done, then there will be no delay in our disbursement of funds to the applicants. There will be no need for Jenny Wongto explain to us that her real name is actually “WongSiew Ling” and even so, Jenny would still have to go back to the clinic to get the vet to write a note that says Receipt No (whatever) is issued to WongSiew Ling before we can bank in our subsidy to WongSiew Ling’s bank account.
Our policies aretranslated from English to Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia and these are sent to all applicants when they first write. We urge them to read it.

We can reject three of today’s claims:
1. Receipt only issued to partial name, not full name, but since this is already a re-submission, we shall (*deep breath*) see what we can do to help. Deadline also exceeded and already extended for the re-submission.
2. Receipt issued to another person, not the applicant – Sorry, rejected!
3. Claiming for 4 cats, but only sent photos of 2 cats, both unlabeled – are they the same cat? I cannot tell – Sorry, rejected!
Have written to No. 2 and No. 3 to ask for re-submission.
