It took roughly 3 hours for Cow to fully awaken from the sedation.
We’ve managed to get him to eat (he has to learn how to eat with the e-collar on again). Luckily, the vet says he probably needs to be on the collar for about 2-3 days only.
He’s okay now and we even managed to flush the eye with the sterile saline just now.
They may fight “till the cows come home” on normal days, but when it really matters, I know we can count on our cats…
Cow says “thank you very much” to everyone who has sent “get well soon” wishes to him.
Keeping Cow company…
He ain’t heavy, he’s our brother…
