I Am Cho-Cho. This Is What You�ve Done For Me�

I am just over a year old and arrived at the Soi Dog shelter unable to walk without limping badly. I was in terrible pain and couldn�t put any weight on my right back leg. A kind local person who found me drove me to the shelter.

I heard the vets talk about needing an x-ray but the clinic at Soi Dog didn�t have this so they had to take me to another doctor. There they found out that I had a bad fracture that had never been treated. They will never know what caused this and sadly, I cannot tell them.

I had to have something called surgery done immediately but I didn�t feel anything because I was sleeping. When I woke up, the vets at Soi Dog were there to take care of me. They told me that it was because of people like you that I could be helped.

Since that day, I have been practicing using my leg a lot and I am such a happy dog now that the pain is gone. I get so excited when I see people that I jump up on them, something I never thought I would be able to do.

It was someone like you who changed my world. Someone who donates just a few dollars a week to help animals like me. It didn�t take a lot to get me the treatment I needed but without people like you, it simply wouldn�t have happened at all.
