Dear Dr Chan,

I have neutered a furkid named blackie, on tuesday(31/03/15). I attach herewith the pre&post surgery photos for your kind attention. The original receipt together with the form will post to you by early next week.

Below is the write up for blackie:
She has been abandoned by someone together with her sister outside my house (as usual cases). My parents are taking care of them daily. After neutered, we planned to rehome her. If there is no adopter then we will take care of her together with her sister too.
