From Aimy Rashid (aimyrashid@gmail.com):

This is the kitten which I rescued from the middle of divider at Jalan Genting Kelang yesterday morning on my way to work.  He was sitting on the divider and coincidently,as  I was driving by slowly as it was traffic jam, I looked at the divider and saw him looking at me straight in the eyes.  In that few seconds our eyes met, I felt something.  He was dirty with black oil and just sat there without mewing.  I had to drive past him but I just couldn't leave him on the divider.  How will he ever cross the road as Jalan Genting Kelang is almost like a highway with 3 lanes on each side?  And, how did he ever got to be on the divider?  On impulse, I signaled my car and turned and parked my car by the roadside and ran across to the divider to pick him up.  He didn't look thin, just miserable and sad.  Everyone in the car was looking at me weirdly, like a crazy woman rushed from her car to pick up a cat.  I went to  my car and put him on the floor and gavehim some kibbles (1st pic).  He was a well behaved kitten and kept quiet without mewing till I reach my College in Sepang.  Upon reaching my College, I looked for a box and put him inside it in the toilet while waiting for the vet to open at 10am.  At 10 am, I sent him to the vet for checking up - the vet said he is healthy, except in shock and he was cold, so dewormed and vaccinated groomed because his fur was covered with black oil.  When I picked him up at 5pm, he was all clean but still quiet.  Paid the vet's bill of rm60 (which was sponsored by Audrey) and brought him home.  He snuggled on my lap and was very quiet.  I wish to put him for adoption, Dr Chan, so I may help other unwanted kittens.  Please help, thanks :)
