Good day Dr Chan

Last 2 days I rescued a male stray cat from an abandon students’ hostel in kuantan.
I guess his age ~ 8mths old.

So I brought him for castration as there are a few female cats there.

I hope that I could apply for neutering subsidy from myanimalcare.org
I named him Putih and will return him back to the community.
