Neutering Sponsorship For XiaoFeiXia, Male Cat (Francis Gan Shiu Kem�s)

Sorry pls ignore the previous mail as sent it wrongly..Good day to you…We have neutered a male stray cat recently and hope to apply neutering subsidy for him. The cat named XiaoFeiXia. loitering at a malay food stall, a very manja and tame cat, always get bullied by the other dominant cat..managed to trap and neuter him yest.
