GARNET IS ON THE MEND!

We just wanted to share with you one of the happy moments here at ACRES!

Do you remember Garnet, the tiny African spurred tortoise? He�s one of the animals you raised funds for so that he gets a new enclosure while he recovers.

This is a short video of him finally eating! He worried us when he stopped eating for a while (many rescued animals suffer from poor appetite as a result of their abandonment ordeal and ill-health), but thankfully he has started again! We do hope he lives a long and healthy life and, thanks to you, he should!

So, thank you so much for your donations for our #WarmthForWalnut Campaign! You made a difference to this little fellow, and many others!
