Dear Dr.Chan,
I would like to apply for a neutering subsidy for 1 female cat – Elsa.
Elsa is a stray cat which got pregnant before we managed to catch her for neutering. So, after we have gained her trust, we still had to wait for her to deliver the babies first.
She has given birth to 2 lovely kitties behind a shop. But sadly, the shop owner has thrown the kittens away and refused to let us know where the kittens are. We managed to find the kittens at a nearby market but unfortunately, 1 kitten was already flattened by a car.
Elsa is now up for adoption.
