STUDENTS MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR ANIMALS!
Last week, 6 groups of elementary school students from the Canadian International School and German European School Singapore visited us at ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre on an inquisitive mission. They approached us on their own accord, in search for knowledge and understanding on various animal protection issues they are concerned about: animal poaching, animal testing, animal rights, the animal fur and skin industry, animals in captivity, etc.
We are truly touched by their initiative and enthusiasm to increase their knowledge of animal protection and wanting to spread the word to their teachers and friends at school. Way to go, kids!
If you are interested in embarking on similar projects, whether for school or self-interest, feel welcome to approach Joee at joee@acres.org.sg. Do you believe that education and raising awareness can #EndAnimalCruelty? We do!
