Dear Dr Chan,

A very good day to you & family.

Mia was a stray cat that�I rescued last year June 2014 due to her limping leg.

She�suspected had a trauma(accident)around 3/4 months prior to June 2014 to her back leg�and she was also in her�early stage�of pregnancy.

Mia delivered her 3 kittens on 4th August 2014 and�had a surgery last Nov 2014 to fix her leg.

Mia’s kittens have grown up & they are now over 6 months old of age.�I have sent�them for spaying and fixing one of the kitten’s hernia.

Can I claim for neutering subsidy?

Attached are picture collages for Pinky Puff, Coco Puff & Bree (pre & post surgery).

Pinky Puff will have to 2 sets of stitches (1 for hernia & another for spaying)
