Dear Dr. Chan,
I heard about your blog from a friend. I would appreciate if you could approve my neutering subsidy. This male and female cat I took them from my rescuer friend. The male one is from the streets and female one was rejected by her mummy and my friend was looking for someone to take care of them. As they are already mature and I don’t want them to have kittens, I sent them for neutering. I plan to keep them after this. Enclosed are the pictures. Please let me know if it is OK to apply for your subsidy. Thank you.
