Dear Dr.Chan,

I would like to apply for a neutering subsidy for 3 male cats which were rescued when they were just about 1 month old.

Their mother was hit by a car, leaving the kittens to fend for themselves. �So we took these orphaned kittens in and raised them up. �They are now ready to be neutered and will be put up for�adoption after neutering.
