We have subsidised RM700 for the spaying of 5 female cats and neutering of 2 male cats. Trish Neoh helped a hawkerto get these cats neutered.

i found a shelter for the uncle cats, but they only accept the cats if spayed & neutered so last week i help the uncle to spayed & neutered 7 cats, pls help me with the subsidy.

Dear Dr Chan,
I met this uncle, selling mix rice in a kopitiam, rescued stray cats and he told me he doesn’t have money to spay them so now he end up with 11 cats in his flat, 3 males, 8 females and 1 female just has 4 kittens.
2 weeks ago, 7 of them were sick but after I took them to vet now they are ok, I took photos and post online but so far no adoption at all.
I’m helping him sending them to spay and jab next week onwards but he called me and said neighbours have complained and he cannot keep all of them anymore.
Can you help in anyway or should I just spay & neuter them & let them go, the only problem is all of them never live a day on the street.
Any advice will be great, thank you very much.
