Dear Dr.,
Found this orange colour female cat coming into my place looking for food at 3 weeks ago.
She is skinny and having some skin issue and flu.
Send her to vet for the treatment before scheduling her for spaying.
Now she has been spayed and had her ear notched.
Already released her but she still coming for food almost everyday at the back lane.
I’m not in hurry, take your time to process the application if its qualified.

p.s: Can you let me know if there is any other societies or organisations that are offering neutering subsidy like AnimalCare Society, so that I could have more options on applying assistance for caring for animal.
