MAMA DOG GIVES BIRTH AT WHOLE FOODS

Tracie Mitchum is an extraordinary South Carolina rescue volunteer who is saving lives hand over fist. We send a donation to help each month, and couldn’t be more proud of all the lives it touches.

This is Honey, a former stray who began giving birth at the Whole Foods parking lot last week. Fortunately, Tracie has both Honey and her pups safe now and they are doing fine.

“Honeys is doing very well,” Tracie said. “Everyone is falling in love with her. All the puppies are healthy and gaining weight on schedule. She’s a little bored but going to get outside today to run around. She loves people and is getting tons of attention! “
