They snatched me from the street. They crushed me into a metal cage with ten other dogs. They hurled hundreds of these cages, all filled with petrified dogs, on to a big truck. We drove in the dead of night towards the border.

I am Queenie and I am about 4 years old.

I couldn�t even breathe properly there were so many of us in one cage. I am sorry to say but a dog died right next to me � he just gave up the will to live and stopped breathing. I tried my best to be brave, I really did. I am very grateful to the kind people who stopped our truck with all the cages filled with dogs and let us out.

Now, I dream of a home of my own, where I can be loved for the rest of my days. Could that be with YOU?

I look like a corgi although I may be a little bit on the heavy side… This doesn�t stop me from running around with excitement, especially when I see visitors.

I hope that every person I see will be the one who adopts me but it hasn�t happened for me� Why wouldn�t anyone want a lovely girl like me? My whole body wags along with my tail when I am happy.

All I want is someone to love me. Please let that someone be you. Please ADOPT me.
