Hi Dr Chan, Refer to our sms just now. The puppies are now somewhere in kampong area near gombak. My friend, Din(malay with chinese blood) is retired musician who's currently dependant on government welfare(basically jobless around 64 years old) and lives in a makeshift hut in a malay kampong. He keeps 3 dogs one of which(the mother of the puppies just died). In his financial state he is in no position to care properly for so many dogs. 3 of the puppies were just sent to a vet by a friend for some problem and other 5 is still with him. I don't have pictures now but will try to go to his place this weekend to take some photos. He is asking if anyone can sponsor food for the dogs and he don't mind to care for them, but I don't think that's practical and getting the puppies adopted is probably the best way. Please help out in anyway possible. Chew
The above is all the details I have been given. There are no photos and no contact hp. If you would like to help, please contact Chew directly at the email given above.
To me, sponsoring food for the dogs is definitely more doable. It is already SO hard finding fosterers for puppies and kittens. If someone is willing to look after them, we can always chip in to get sponsors for food.
AnimalCare is a medical fund and we have no provision for food sponsorship, but we will help publicise for help.
