As though it wasn't bad enough that the 3 of the newborns have died and one is fast fading, this morning, Punitha found two kittens shut away inside the cupboard they reside in.
At Punitha's workplace, she has been feeding a mother-cat and who is nursing her kittens. These kittens are bigger and can already eat on their own, and they reside inside a cupboard.
This morning, Punitha found the cupboard door shut tightly and the mother-cat who normally greets Punitha every morning is nowhere to be found.
Punitha was so worried as she opened the cupboard door, but thankfully, the kittens are still alive.
Punitha said they look freaked out and scared. Who wouldn't be, right, especially young kittens?
This happened in the same place as where the 5 newborns were dumped yesterday.
Long story cut short, I contacted Aimy and she has offered to foster these kittens until an adopter can be found.
If you are interested to adopt these kittens, please contact Punitha on 016-6960434.
As I was frantically searching for a mother-cat this morning, the local shelter manager told me that a few weekends ago, someone dumped a litter of puppies inside a styrofoam box at the side of his shelter. By the time the puppies were discovered on the following Monday, all had died. (Another styrofoam box case?)
Evil exists, yet, those who do evil KNOW it is wrong. They want to keep doing it and that's the part we don't understand. Unless a person is juvenile or mentally-retarded, I believe everyone knows what is right or wrong. What is the lacking is the will-power to do what's right. Poor, miserable, weak souls they have.
