HAPPINESS IS A TRUNK FULL OF CAT FOOD!

Harmony Fund enjoyed delivering another surprise recently when we sponsored the purchase of cat food for a very special rescuer in need of help.

“Donna feeds four colonies of feral cats,” volunteer Tracie Mitchum of Charleston, South Carolina explains. “The local shelter is trying to go no-kill and just recently an animal control officer admitted to dumping two more cats at her colonies. Donna is already overwhelmed with trying to manage work and a thrown disk in her back and now she has more mouths to feed. I know you have people asking for help constantly, and I’m sorry to be just one more person asking, but she cold really use it.”

Well, Donna’s face says it all. Every once in a while, it’s important to remind one another, that we’re in this together.
