Dear Dr Chan,

Firstly my humble apologies for not being considerate to bother you when you are not well.

But trust me that this will be my last application for subsidy so you can rest.

Brownie is a 10-mth old male pup that was rescued in Puchong. He had been vaccinated and I did not apply for subsidy then because my friend’s dad paid for them.

He is now castrated and will be put up for adoption next week.

Kindly also help me to.post on your page that he is up.for adoption.

As usual, pls vet thru the pics. If ok,.I will put the form in your letterbox on Thursday.
