Vaccination And Spaying Subsidy For 1 Cat (Trish Neoh Ai Li�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying and RM25 for the vaccination of this cat.

Please be informed that we will clear off the vaccination claims for those who wrote in in December, but from now on, we are only giving neutering claims (I need a break!). �Thank you.

hi dr chan,

im here to ask for animalcare medical subsidy.

i managed to catch an adult female cat who i’ve been feeding near my house.

so i spayed her, give her vaccination and flea drop.

attached herewith her photos and will send the form and vaccination card tomorrow.
