Join The Emergency Response Team Today!

Lidia is 4 years of age and her face and body tell the story of a tough life lived on the streets. Lidia was picked up recently by one of our Animal Rescue Officers, who noticed she had a severely infected wound on one of her paws.

On further examination by our vets, it was apparent that the wound went right down to the bones of one of her toes and was surrounded by rotten and infected tissue. We will never know how long this beautiful girl must have suffered, but the pain would have been unbearable.

Lidia had the toe in question amputated immediately in order to end her pain. She is now slowly healing and our vets are hopeful she will make a full recovery. Lidia however, is just one of thousands of stray dogs here on the island of Phuket, one of millions in Thailand as a whole.

Dogs like Lidia have no owner to care for them when they injure themselves or fall ill. They are completely dependent on YOU. Thanks to our existing supporters, we were able to immediately treat Lidia when she arrived at our shelter in agony, but so many more need help.

You can change this with just a few dollars a week. No amount is too small; every penny makes a difference and goes so much further in Thailand.

Please commit to helping dogs like Lidia today; they simply don’t deserve this suffering but only you can end it.

By becoming an emergency responder you will be making sure these dogs & cats receive the care and treatment that they so much deserve.
