Report Animal Emergencies By Dialling 62875355 Ext 9

In the event of animal emergencies that need to be reported to the SPCA, concerning an animal(s) seen to be in distress, ill and/or injured,

please call the SPCA 24-hour EMERGENCY Hotline at 62875355 ext 9, immediately

(as our Facebook page may not be monitored around the clock and/or on weekends).

Over the phone, do provide specific details of:

(i)  the animal’s current condition;

(ii) the animal’s current location (It would be most ideal if you could assist in getting the animal confined somewhere safe, e.g. in a box or carrier, so that our Rescue Officer(s) can rescue / pick up the animal at the earliest available opportunity); and

(iii) your name and contact number(s) (and/or your informer’s name and contact number(s))

Our Rescue Officer(s) will be despatched to the relevant location as soon as possible.

Do try to stay with the animal or keep an eye out for the animal till our arrival.

( If possible, you could also help the animal by taking it to SPCA’s premises (at 31 Mount Vernon Road, Singapore 368054), using your own transport, so that our vets will attend to the animal as soon as they can.

If the animal is in critical need of medical attention, you would really help us increase its chances of survival by taking it to a private vet clinic closest to the animal’s current location, as soon as possible; Information about the nearest private vet clinic can be sought here: http://www.sva.org.sg/sva_clinics_page.asp )

Thank you for helping us keep a lookout for animals that may be in need of help (due to their being sick, injured and/or in distress)!

Do note that SPCA does NOT round up healthy community (i.e. “stray”) animals from the streets.
