SPCA Animal Welfare Officer Kelvin is on the road with Razeef to deliver aid to animals in Kelantan, they headed towards Temerloh but can only get as far as Kampung Paya Luas, Temerloh. No rain today. Temerloh is one of the worst flooded areas. Private boat owners all using their boats to help transport people and food. We managed to in the Kampung with the help of a jeep owner. Can’t go any further as most roads are closed.
