Dear Dr Chan,

i would like to make a claim for this dog spaying operation

i found this dog in USJ, she is always hang around
the industrial park area , i saw a kind Indian boy always feeding her
at the road side.

six months ago , she has deliver five puppies , in order to prevent
her pregnant again,
i took this dogfor spaying and send her back to the place she
used to stay. i talk to the Indian boy , he will carry on to feed her
and monitor her situation
