Squirrel Hides Nut In Dog Fur
Tweet |
Where can a squirrel hide his prized holiday pecan? How about deep in the dog’s coat? Yeah, that’ll work… NOT!
Squirrels hide nuts wherever they can, remembering the top-secret locations for later. This allows them to have food for winter, when food isnt easy to come by. Like their very own squirrel take-away options, if you will.
This squirrel, however, doesnt seem to have the best ideas for hiding spots. When he finds a delicious pecan, he gets right to work. His Bernese Mountain Dog friend is the closest thing, and the dog’s thick coat seems the likeliest nut burial zone. While not proof of this particular squirrel’s survival techniques, it surely does illustrate the dog’s good nature!
Fortunately, we don’t need to squirrel food away for the long, cold winters; we can go to any of the KindMeal.my participating partners and find delicious, fresh, meat-free meals every day with or without nuts.
