Dear Dr. Chan,

I have had 3 kittens (initially 5 kittens and 2 were adopted) of stray cat Mimi vaccinated 1st jab. Attached are photos of the kittens and vaccination record. On the box is Kichi, on the chair is Fuku and gray kitty is Gracy. Kichi and Fuku are male and Gracy female. They will be rehomed once potential adopter found. (Screening of potential adopter in progress)I will post original receipt and application form tomorrow. Thank you.
