We drove around the area again to look for Citta. Did not sight her anywhere.
However, the food has been eaten....
The vet had put Citta's favourite canned food in the steel bowl. It's empty now, but we can't be sure if Citta ate it. The kibbles have been touched as well.
Wani is bringing Citta's mother to help look for her.
I have to go to the clinic again now.
Updates later...
UPDATES at 5.45pm:
I met the vet at the clinic. Two volunteers, Myers and Colin, were also there to help. The vet had spent the last one hour searching and Citta was sighted at about 4.45pm, near the petrol station, which is near the clinic. When the vet got down from her car, Citta bolted again and almost reached for the mainroad. Then, the vet quickly got back to her car and Citta did not cross the road. This means last seen, she was still around the clinic area, on the "safe side". Whatever it is, she must not cross the road again. As long as she is on the safe side, there is a chance she will come back to the clinic for food. However, Citta is not a big eater and is not motivated by food. She is also not close to any of the vets or anyone. Wani says someone is bringing Citta's mum from Semenyih. Hopefully, Citta will come to her mum. The vet has put canned food in the steel bowl again.
I will go back to look again later this evening and replenish the canned food, if it's been eaten.
Please pray all will be well for Citta.
Updates: It was a cat who had eaten the food!
