We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of Alee and Mama Cat and fully sponsored RM150 for the spaying of Sage the Puppy.

Dear Dr Chan,

I wish to apply for spaying
subsidy for a female cat named Alee.
She is a loving n adorable kitten. Found since 6 weeks old, she has completed her 3 vaccinations and deworming. She is now 5 months old.

Also for this Mama Cat:

And for Sage, a 6 months old female puppy.
She is a very good puppy but a little skittish. We hope to find her a home she deserves.
