Vaccination Subsidies For 4 Puppies (Alice Voon Kian Ching�s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the vaccinations of Perdu, Chubby, BlurBlur and Foxtrot.

Dear Dr.� Chan,

Firstly, I would to like thank you again for your kind assistance on Cotton Becky’s case. To follow up on her, as I mentioned that she has given birth to 6 beautiful puppies on the 18 September while sheltering at my neighbor’s compound. Two of the puppies, Caramel & Grumpy have already been adopted by two wonderful families.

I would like to, again, seek for you kind assistance to apply for vaccination subsidy for the remaining 4 puppies who are waiting to be adopted. As they are a little over two months old, I would want to ensure that they are vaccinated and remain healthy while waiting and proceed to their new home once I find new adopters for them. Meanwhile, I am still caring them for their important needs which is getting on high demand, knowing that they are growing well and being active just like any puppies.

The puppies namely, Foxtrot@Foxy (female) , BlurBlur Solomon (male), Perdu (male) and Chubby (female), were taken for a visit at the vet yesterday afternoon for the very first time, all vaccinated, 3rd deworming ( I have already dewormed them twice when they were a month old), weighed and health checked. All are fine and healthy.

Attached herewith are photos of each of them and the sticker of their 1st vaccine sticker on their individual card. I have also filled up the vaccination form attached with the original receipt from the vet, and should reach you within 1 week. Please advise me further and should you have any doubts, do let me know. If the photos are not clear, I have other photos that I can provide for you.
