Its 8 more days to Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore! #forACRES #scms14

More than 30 runners from our very own running group – ACRES Wildlife Warrior along with Team V have been training hard for this race for a mission to fund raise to ensure our 24-hour Wildlife Rescue have sufficient funds to continue our work. While runners face different hurdles to reach the finishing line, our native wildlife face countless battles just to make it out alive.

Please think deep, help spread the word and consider making a contribution to this cause. Your support will mean a lot to the runners who will be racing for more than 4 hours for the animals. Thank you.

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
