More Photographs From The Recent Arrest Of Dog Meat Wholesalers In Northern Thailand!
On November 24th, our undercover investigators, working with the local mayor, deputy mayor and Royal Thai Police raided two premises in the Pa Daed district of Chiang Rai, northern Thailand.
Thanks to our billboard campaign, we had been tipped off that the facilities were being used for the butchering of dogs and the distribution of dog meat for retail purposes. CLICK THIS LINK to fund your own billboard and save more dogs from torture: http://bit.ly/fundbillboards
The owners of both premises were arrested and a quantity of cooked dog meat was seized as evidence. Six dogs were rescued. The dogs are now being given health checks and vaccinated at the nearby government shelter, from where they will be transferred to the Soi Dog funded shelter at Buriram.
