Subject: Dear doctor, I sent a subsidy application on Saturday for a stray female who was abandoned with her three kittens that are already sent to spca. The mother cat has been neutered. The neutering fee has increased to rm90 probably because the new spca building is almost completed. The cat is still at spca awaiting adoption. Following are the photos. Regards, Mae
