We sincerely thank everyone who help to share this appeal out. Because of you, we have managed to raise a total of RM780.00 in such short period.

Good news is, we have heard from the vet that no amputation is required for Esme but still her wound will need to be monitored and cleanse daily.

Its often tragic enough being born a stray, worst when you ended up separated with your mother and siblings then got ran over by a vehicle causing serious injuries.

Hiding alone, Esme was shivering in hunger and fear until a Good Samaritan came by. He is just like a God sent angel to her. But is it too late to save Esme? We hope not.

One of her paws is in pretty bad shape. We aren�t sure at this moment if it needs to be amputated. It will have to depend on the progress of her recovery. If the vet see no improvement in due time, then we would have no choice but to amputate one of her limbs in order to sustain her life.

Puppy is currently at the care of the vet as her wound need to be cleansed and monitor daily. Her recuperating period is estimated to take around 2 months with average cost of per day boarding at RM18.

We are currently raising fund for this puppy which need approximately RM1080, assuming RM18 per day for a 2 months period. This cost is not inclusive of the surgery charge in the case amputation needs to be performed. We will just have to play by the ear and work things out along the way. Nevertheless, the life of the puppy shall be placed at priority.

SPCA Seberang Perai

The SPCA Seberang Perai is a society registered in September 2005. Our primary aim is to reduce the population of stray animals or possibly a zero stray population in a humane manner. With lesser strays or no strays at all, the loving value of animals will be greatly increased and you can be sure that humans will shower more love for their pets and be responsible pet owners. The problem should not only be shouldered by our Society as the public must also understand the urgent need to control the pet population and give their whole-hearted support to all our projects for the undertaking to be successful. Then we will achieve a clean and hygienic environment for the community. As a no killing organization, we are embarking on a two-prong approach towards the problem i.e public education and sterilization of the stray animals.
