Dear Dr.,
I would like to apply for the vaccination subsidy for a cat, Tom.
Found him at the back of my house about 2 months ago, he had skin problem, brought him to vet to for treatment.
After the skin issue was settled, now bring him for vaccination while putting up his info to get adopter.
If there is no one adopting him, will send him for neutering.
