Hi There,

I�m applying for neutering subsidy for a doggy. Hope you get the snail mail with the receipt on time.

His name is Puppy and found wandering in the neigbourhood park�by a neighbor and sent to our house.

We fostered and tried to find Puppy’s�owners for a number�months, sadly no one came forward.

We also posted Puppy at the Vet’s on weekends hoping it would lead to an adoption, Puppy is a good dog and gets along with our 3 other doggies.

We�didn’t�name him because of attachment�and letting him go�would be difficult.

When Puppy was first rescued:
