Good Evening Mdm Chan,
I hope this email finds you in the pink of health, I’m not sure if you remembered me, but we meet during the recent pet fair in mid valley. You had kindly advised me that I can get a subsidy for spaying the strays that I currently care for. It’s been months, I have yet to collect enough to spay her (By Her, I had named the female stray Shadow) but its the mating season now and I’m going to desperate measures to get her spayed as soonest as next week. Her surviving pup has happily been adopted into a good home just a couple of days back by a family friend.
Therefore, would you kindly guide me on how to go about this? It is my first ever time going to this length to help these strays.

Good Morning Dr Chan,
As advised, here are the details required of Shadow’s details and photos of her Pre-Op and Post Operation on November 4th 2014.
A short write up of Shadow :
Shadow came along with two other males out of the blue one day in front of my porch, the three of them looked lost and hungry, since I used to feed the previous stray that resided our neighborhood, I began feeding them as well. Even though the other neighbors feed them, somehow the three trusted me more. Eventually, there were two left, the brown dog that was with her went missing suddenly and I began to dwell further for thier well being. We did not realized that Shadow was already pregnant by then, and delivered two pups, only one survived and I had successfully got her pup adopted by our family friends.
Kindly find the attach pictures of Shadow as per advised, pre operation and post operation.I hope it meets all the requirements aforementioned to me in the previous email.
