We have fully sponsored RM130 for the spaying of Hitam.

Dear Madam

Further to our previous correspondences, (the relevant attached below) I forward herewith another form with receipt for your further approval. The SPCA volunteer on that day was new and there wasn’t anyone else around so the volunteer didn’t know how much was vaccination etc thus couldn’t itemize the said receipt. However, the standard rates for the procedure were applied for the previous and I hope it will be okay for you. The photographs were taken before and after surgery.

This puppy is the last one to be neutered from the litter as explained in the email below.

And as per your requirement, I will forward the hard copy of the form and receipt to you later in the day.

Dear Madam
I got to know through SPCA that AnimalCare Society does subsidies for neutering strays and would like to apply for it.
The 2 bitches (as per photograph) were neutered 2 days ago and are now recuperating. Their mother was pregnant when I found her on a busy road near a market, scavenging for food six months ago. Subsequently, she gave birth to 4 pups of which 1 died and they are the first 2 to undergo this procedure. The remaining one will undergo this procedure soon alongside with another bitch that was also found loitering on the streets in Ampang.
I have neutered the mother when the pups were weaned off.
Please find enclose the Official Receipt from SPCA for your attention. I would very much appreciate if you could let me know if this will be approved and if yes, I will provide you the details for reimbursement.
