Dear Sir/Madam,
Blackie is one of the puppies that born by a stray mother dog nearby my home. Her other siblings are adopted by people. Blackie is poor girl because of her injury leg make her can’t walk normally. If any kindness people would give her a home is better or else I will take her until end of her life. I will bring her mother for neutering soon.

I would like to apply for Blackie’s vaccination.
