This cat is dump into a car wash. The foreigner is feeding the cat. This cat has 4 kittens before surgery. There are total around 15 cat breeding for a few generation. Obviously the foreigner has no financial means to neuter the animal. I hope animal care can help me to help them. I willpost the application form tomorrow
