Hi, Kah Yein,

Attached is a photo of the said kitten

About two months ago this kitten was found �abandoned by its mother, and �my neighbour rescued and passed it to me.

About a month later, I sent it for neutering, but the vet found him not reaching the minimum body weight of 1.5 Kg.

So we made another appointment and waited for it to grow bigger.

Mr Hon YK took him for the neutering proceedure last Saturday.

I would like to apply to AnimalCare �for neutering subsidy.

Should the application be approved, I will personally submit the application form.
