Vaccination Subsidies For 2 Cats, Tiger & 4B (Pan Vui Jiuns)

We have subsidised RM50 for the 1st vaccinations of Tiger and 4B.

Hi Dr Chan,

This kitten was found trapped inside the drain for few days and case reported to me after few attempt by our our neighbour wasn’t successful due to kitten keep jumping back to the drain and hide deep inside the pipe, finally we manged to pull the kitten out and now ketp with me prepare for re-home after necessary action taken ie vaccination and neuter.

As at todate, kitten already send for 1st dose of vaccination and hope your organisation can accept my application on subsidies this case.

Hi Dr Chan,
Is me again and this is another case on my rescued case.
This male kitten was found crying for his mother at a main road inKelana Jaya just right after a storm. After searching of the mother but with no sign (made a trip again on the next day yet to see any other kitten and mother cat around that area and Waited for hours) left with no choice, have to temporary foster him till can find him a good home after all necessary action taken ie vaccination and neuter.
As at todate, kitten was send for his 1st dose vaccination together with Tiger. Hope your Organization can approved my claim on this case too.
