We have subsidised RM75 for the 1st vaccinations of these 3 cats (Bella, Pinky Puff and Coco Puff).

Dear Dr Chan,
Good afternoon.
A kitten found us while we wereat our parking lot on 06 Oct 2014.
I fed her & she was pretty hungry. Discovered that her whiskas has been cut off.
Someone thinks it is funny to do that!.Due to she is still small & risks thatshe may be hurt more than now, we took her home.
The plan is to look for a good & permanent home for her as soon as possible.
Took to vet for check up & she is healthy to have her 1st vaccination.
Can I claim for her 1st vaccination subsidy from Animalcare?
Will post original receipt this Monday. Attached her pictures & vaccination sticker.

Dear Dr Chan,
Mia’s kittens are now8 weeks plus. I have taken two of them (Pinky Puff & Coco Puff)for their 1st vaccination.Can I claim for vaccination subsidy?
Another kitten (Bree)is having badflu and could not be vaccinated.
2 of the kittens have hernias & vet suggest to fix it during spaying procedure when they are 6 months old.I will put them for adoptionafter the surgery.It is really hard to get an adopter nowadays who can commit to spay the cats/kittens. Even harder to get an adopter who is willing to pay for the hernia surgeryas well.
Will post the original receipts next Monday.
