ONLY $300 NEEDED TO BUY HAY FOR THE ANIMALS HERE

The enchanting Love Animal House in Thailand is running short on funds to buy hay for the grazing animals this month. We’re hoping to put together $300 to send over for the hay which is more costly right now due to a shortage.

The sanctuary’s founder Marianne Willemse is in a perpetual struggle to feed the animals. Although she rescues all species of animals, the cows are of such little public interest and no one wants to help feed them. She told us today, “We really need $300 to buy straw/hay which is sold 120 km’s from here. Hay is as rare as hen’s teeth right now. I see the rice fields are almost half grown, and by early December, we’ll have new harvest again. Then the price will hopefully go down.”
