Animal welfare warrior Dave Avran has been invited to attend the World Animal Groove Music Festival organized by the SSPCA in Kuching for the 3rd year running this 25th and 26th October.

Part of the proceedings will have him conducting a 45 minute workshop at the Asia for Animals Borneo 2015 International Conference on the topic of Effective community engagement.

Driving the need for his workshop session is the fact that local council staff have little or no skills when it comes to dealing with and handling irate pet owners e.g. when the council staff respond to reports of animal abuse, or when it comes to dealing with complaints from the public, or negative PR in the press and social media.

As such, he seeks PetFinder.my animal lovers’ kind assistance to share their views, opinions, anecdotes and/or even horror stories to help him in his presentation.
