Join The Emergency Response Team Today!

Every day was the same. At the age of just 5 months, I was waiting to die. I lay by the side of the road, too exhausted to move. I didn’t have the energy to find food, I was overcome with suffering. My name is Nippy.

I would cry out occasionally, but nobody heard me. The itching would go on and on, there was no relief. I scratched constantly, opening up sores that were trying to heal over and creating yet more at the same time. My story is one of misery and pain.

It ended the day Soi Dog found me. Animal Rescue Officer Khun Jaroon scooped me up in his arms and took me straight to the shelter and into the care of Dr. Eed. She told me I had a shocking case of demodectic mange. “Don’t worry,” she said, “there are some special people out there who are going to make you better.”

Thanks to those people, I am now on the road to recovery. Thanks to them funding my urgent medical care through monthly donations, my suffering has ended. These special people are called the Emergency Response Team and I owe them my life.

As you read this, please think of the other stray animals still out there, whose stories you haven’t read and whose pictures remain unseen. There are so many more like me and their suffering goes on. They too cry out, but nobody comes.

It need not be like this.

YOU can join the Emergency Response Team with just a few dollars a week. This goes so much further in Thailand and can help end the suffering for many stray animals like me.

Without medical treatment, many of these dogs simply won’t make it. Please DONATE today to see to it that they do. You are their only hope.

By becoming an emergency responder you will be making sure these dogs & cats receive the care and treatment that they so much deserve.
